Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Payment

  • Shipments will be initiated only after full payment is received.

  • Orders remain pending until payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Terms

  • All shipping/logistics costs are paid by the customer before delivery.

  • Delivery timelines begin only after:

    • Complete payment confirmation

    • Final artwork approval

3. Delivery & Inspection

  • Customers must:

    • Inspect goods immediately upon delivery

    • Report damages/errors within 48 hours with photo evidence

    • Return defective items if requested (at our discretion)

4. Transit Issues

  • Transit damages must be claimed directly with the courier

  • We provide supporting documentation for claims

  • No reshipments/refunds for address errors or missed deliveries
